- The infrastructure is amazing with all kinds of facilities available within the campus premises.
- Your campus life will be very happening as there are students who come here from all over the country and you'll get many opportunities to interact with a lot of people.
Dislikes
- As the campus life is very happening, it is easier for a student to get distracted so one should always keep that in mind as a student here.
- The campus area is too big so you might take time to go from one place to another within the campus.
Remarks :
Study-wise the college is great. They have all the facilities a student would need in their course. The labs are well equipped and the syllabus is updated every 4 years. Students have to clear the Manipal Entrance Test(MET) to get admission in MIT. The branches are allotted based on your rank in this entrance exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Family and friends who did their B.Tech from here graduated with good placements and the college has a fun environment with all sorts of facilities. Most faculty is either PhD graduates or pursuing their PhD. The course is completely taught in English and the professors have a good grasp of what they teach. There are 2 exams in each semester. 1 mid semester exam and 1 end semester exam and the difficulty for these exams is set in such a way that if you have been paying attention in the classes then you can score well.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are offered by the college. The eligibility criteria to sit for the interviews is usually 6.5 and above CGPA. The highest package in the previous placements was of 51 Lakh CTC and the Average package was around 10.5 lakh CTC. Companies like Dell, Phillips, Schneider, ICICI and ITC were few of the many recruiters. 73% of all the students who sat for the campus placements were placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fee for general category goes upto 5 lakhs per year but if you are admitted under a tuition fee waiver scheme then your tuition fee will be around 2 lakhs per year. Different branches have Different fee structure but it'll usually be from 4.5-5 lakhs per year for general category students.
Campus Life :
The college has two fests. Revels is conducted in every odd semester in the month of March and Tech Tatva is conducted in every even semester in the month of October. The MIT Library has a vast collection of books related to every field with solo or group studying areas. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart boards. There are sports clubs for many sports and each of them has a separate court dedicated to that particular sport. Courts, gym and swimming pool is accessible to all the students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel mess is very hygienic and the taste of the food is not bad either. Chicken/Paneer is made every other day in dinner and Sundays have a special lunch. You can apply for the hostel and mess online. Students usually move out in the third year and rent a flat in societies like Emerald, Pavithra, etc.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
