- I feel like my faculty are the best who helped us to gain knowledge very well.
- Also there is much more like fests,events,club events, technical events which helps us to interact with many students and enjoy and learn a lot.
Dislikes
- College is very strict when it comes to feel payment if by mistake we loose atleast one reciept then we can no where check the status of the fee paid so we need to pay the total fee again.
- Sometimes the way the management talks to students or faculty is very harsh.
Remarks :
I got admission into college through AP EAMCET. There are many things that made me to choose ANITS. The placements, infrastructure, faculty and the clubs, are very good when compared to other colleges in Visakhapatnam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. I chose this course because of the placement opportunities and my passion towards technology. The faculty are very qualified where each and every faculty have completed MTech or PhD in their domain. The teaching of the faculty is upto the mark and the faculty are always there to help the students to make their concepts clear. Exams are conducted every 6 months which is semester and the difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
College doesn't provide any internship opportunities. But many faculty try to send the students to the companies to get the real time knowledge. So can tale faculty help to get internship opportunities.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for placement is prepared based on the companies eligibility criteria that comes to the college at a particular time. Recruiters are Amazon, Darwinbox, Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Riktam, Ziegler Aerospace etc. Number of offers provided are around 800. Highest package is 28lpa by Walmart for SDE-2 role and the average package is around 6lpa. College is giving an average placement of around 70%. I planned to join an organisation as an software engineer after my degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly the total tution fees is 54500 and the building fund will vary every year it may range upto 19000 to 25000. So it sums upto nearly 80000 yearly. If students are eligible for full fees reimbursement provided by AP government then the students should only pay the building fund only. And the students avail bus or hostel facilities then the fees is 36000 to 43000 for transportation and 85000 for hostel facilities.
Campus Life :
Overall experience of college life is awesome. Every year fest is conducted in the month of March and the fest is known as CURSORS. The library in the college is equipped with many text books and reference books and also there are many journals,research papers and story books.Also there is digital library and access to many online elearning resources which helps the students to gain subject knowledge. There is free wifi availability,projectors, and labs are well equipped and well maintained. There are interested department competitions held frequently including sports,technical events,non technical events etc. There are many clubs in college. Also there are clubs for individual departments. Clubs like NSS,Toast masters,together we can,achievers club,IIC,street cause etc are active in the college. For CSE departments clubs like GFG,CSI,IEEE and many more clubs are there.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities in our college is the best. The food is very delicious and healthy.The rooms are well maintained and are very clean. There is doobhi facility for washing clothes. Every day the food menu is different with different tiffins in the morning and meals for lunch and different snacks in the evening and good food for dinner. During festival times they prepare specials for the festival. The food is really good in the college hostel.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
