- Very encouraging faculty and their way of teaching is very efficient

- Too many assignments, projects and presentations etc.
- Benches are not good which means the way benches built is uncomfortable sitting in long sessions
Remarks :
Merit based Admission for post graduate courses Very diverse knowledge college with good career opportunities, college infrastructure is also good Although the environment is good but sometimes it felt like it's the book worm college as in every semester you've to make notes which will be checked nd assignments and projects and have to give presentations and viva also and Mid Semester Test are also there and the participation in class lectures is very very important to be noticed by teachers. Gyb Attendance should be moree than 75 percent and good marks in MST will lead you to Average assessment
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties nd extra curricular activities r good and the companies come for placement are also reputed companies I choose Masters in Economics because I've done Graduation in Arts and Economics is the subject which interest me most The teaching method fascinating as it indulge both by book and with the modern technology Exams are twice a year which means 2 years divided into 4 semesters with 8/10 difficulty level
Internships Opportunities :
No I've not done internship as my interest field was not given by any of the companies But most of my classmates got internship after 2 or 3 interview rounds Internships areee stipend with good monthly salary.
Placement Experience :
Job opportunities are there and many high profile companies will come with requirements at many different posts and average package in thee beginning they will offer is around 3L to 4L which increases after prohibition period I am preparing for MBA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
30k per year for Masters course (general category) There are many Scholarships for students which from different categories except general . You can apply for Scholarships after taking admission.In most of the scholarships which are for BPL students they get half of their feees back.
Campus Life :
Many websites run by students with the clg name or the name of annual fest of clg Library is good but with less space given to sit even though all books are there Different clubs or societies r there in the clg with the name of courses or by the name of moto of that society
Hostel Facilities :
I've not opted for hostel. I rented a room near college and the locality is good and safe also My room was on walking distance from college but u can do Uber ride if u want to or else u can live in a pg with mer 8k per month with food

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
