- I majorly like the campus of hpu i. It you have every facility in the small area that is a big a big point
- Hpu has a big name in education line so it is easy to get internships and placements
Remarks :
For taking admission in Hpu for this course ,there is entrance exam if your score is in cuttoff after that you are eligible for next round university sends you a mail or contact you for your next round , that will be th group discussion (gd) .After that there is a personal interview. In which the staff will question about yourself, your intereste or your hobbies, likes and dislikes. The last question in interview is why you are joining this course. For all these question you have to be full of confidence. In gd u have to be bold,cause another one takes your chance . It is the process of taking admission in hpu . It is basically a good method for admissions .ik like this one .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically i have some interest in cooking so why i choose this course . But in hpu the faculty was average in our course ,i am not saying about all courses but in our course the faculty is average .when you are taking admission in hpu you have to study by yourself. So there is no more pressure on study or attendence . Exams will termed twice in a year .so basically the classes are of two months for one semesters. Because there are a lot of functions in hpu . Everyday is happening something . So it difficult to study . Exams are basically based on what you understand by the particular thing . So if you study it is not more difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes i have opted for internship ,igo for hotel jw marriott in katra it is a five star hotel . So the college will do its best for students . In five star hotel there is difficulty to go for the traning but hpu has a nmae that we have seen
Placement Experience :
Basically i am studing at this time so i cannot tell about it but there will a good placements by hpu .because it has a big name in market so students will gets placed on an average package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is same for all category like (gen,sc,st).Fee will be submitted once in annual that is 64k .It is a four year degree so its total fee is 2.56 lakh. It is a big amount for a middle class family. Also after that there are many types of other fees also like examination fee that has to submitted twice in a year , because it is a Semester based examination degree. Every time we had to pay 1500 for examination fees. So there are many type of expensive in the hpu. Also in our course there is no type of any scholarship It is the worst part of it .Thus it is all the fee or expensive in the course
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good . The one thing is best about hpu is its infrastructure. There are almost every thing in campus are . We have canteens in which food will serve in very genuine price. we have another restaurants .in campus there are stationery shops or coffee outlets. The most important thing is in hpu we have a personal library in which all types of books are available in everytime . Campuss area is like a small market where you find every type of shop .in every classroom we have washrooms seprate for boys and girls . There is evaluators in every block .in hpu there is many types of parties group like abvp,sfi etc . So anybody can takes place in it for to become pollition in future .Also in hpu there are major two big fests that were held in campus area that is summer fest or winter fest . These were held in the month of july or nobember .in these big singers or big faces were invited by hpu . Or it is free for all students .

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
