- I love the location most because it is near to Lajpat Nagar and South Ex market, College campus is big and clean, there was alot of space for playing sports and in canteen varieties of food
Dislikes
- Sometimes washrooms were dirty, some college staff was rude and unprofessional.
Remarks :
According to my score in 12th Board, I was illegible here and it was near to my home, campus and canteen was clean and ground was big. Admission process was easy they just asked me about my previous marksheet ID's and Cast certificate for OBC quota, and most of all I love the environment of the campus
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was from Hindi medium so initially I had some issue with communication and understanding the lecture but the teachers and professors were supprted they appreciated me for my efforts classmates were also supportive in terms of monthly tests and assignments, I always want to go in corporate so I opt for B. Com all varieties of books were available in the library, overall it was great to be the part of this course and college.
Placement Experience :
You have to register yourself in DU placement cell for placement and then you will be shortlisted on the basis of your previous marks, attendance in college, and Behavior, there is another placement which is held by every D.U college in which any student can participate and got selected, I wasn't ready for job at that time, but many of my classmates got selected in Genpact, Sharekhan and concentrix, they got a paclage of 3-4 lac in 2017
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In my first year, Admission fee was around 7000 and there was exam fee for every semester except these two fee or charges there was not any other charges during the year. I got scholarship every year and almost I got my all fee money back.
Campus Life :
In my first year fest Neeraj Shridhar was there to perform, and I loved it. Ground was so big there were a lot of spot to hangout play and just be seated, you can use sports room in your free time you can play basketball, football cricket etc in the college ground, We were proud that our college has the biggest canteen in Delhi University.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
