I had to choose this college because I dint have any option in near by college and there are some friends in this college so I had to choose. This college is was the only option because every other colleges seats were taken
Many courses are available but the management of certain course isn't much good faculties is kinda friendly and helping alot. Friends over there help alot and some teachers also suggest us in the career path
I'm not doing any internship but there are aportunities for the internship with accounting and other college teacher also give us time to leave the premises for the job/internship the attendance isn't taken very seriously
They told us that there can be big companies highering but senoirs are not in prefiero in that. The college told us that private companies prefer first governtment college and this is a gov college so the students don't know about the placements pretty much
Fee structure is good for lower middle class background and more compensations are there for sc/st. The fees is very nominal literally anyone can afford it's just 6000 and with sc/st it's 3000 or something
Campus isn't good the college is within the building only and students around there are friendly and there is many places near by to visit the most I visit is near by cafeterias. The most important places for students over is Nariman point Tara garden and especially for me is tea pot star bucks colaba etc
There is no canteen in the college but there is alot of food centers to visit and they are affordable and very good. There is khau Gali near the Azad maidan food is cared with highgine and it's tasty
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
