The course curriculum is very practical. There are lab classses to give you practical knowledge of the subject. Labs are very well maintained. Faculties are really cooperative except a very few teachers most of them are really friendly and understand students problem and give solutions.

The total fees for year is 18000 which includes the tuition fees and registration fees and every other fees. 18000 per year is very minimal. There are also exemption for many students but for normal middle class students 18000 per year is not alot. Students from outside delhi have to look after living costs which is a major thing but fees is negligible.
There are many societies for example dance , music, theatre, quiz, wdc, film many more departmental societies which provide really good knowledge and allows you to explore your talents in respective fields and are very social and help you to make friends who have similar interests. Library is really good and has all the reading material.
There is no hostel in our college just like every other or most of the du colleges. There has been talks about building a college hostel and hopefully we will have a college hostel of our own soon. But as of now we dont have hostel facility but there is a really good canteen in iur college which is super hygienic.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
