This college is one of well known pharmacy colleges in the area. This college was actually my first priority on the allotment list. I had to go through entrance exam that state conducts which MHT CET and thereafter you have to go through seat allotment cap rounds on basis of the score.
This is a medium level course it's not that much difficult to pass and get the degree. Faculties are although supportive and understanding. I chose this field because of the future scope and never dieing medical field was the first factor that came to my mind. Faculties in this college are well experienced and well qualified, almost all the faculties are post graduate and some are even doctorate. There are total of 8 semesters in the whole degree of four years.
We had to go through industrial training in the third year of academics. This lasted for a month in which we had to understand the industrial environment all the departments and all the management that is done throughout the process of manufacturing of any pharmaceutical product.
College provides campus interviews although they don't provide that attractive packages. Students who got jobs in past few years doesn't have package more than 2.5 lakhs. I am planning to get the refferal from the seniors that are currently working in the well known companies.
The total fee for general admission is 1 lakh and 10 thousands however it may vary depending on year of admission. Although there are some scholarship options, for example, I am a student allotted here thorough cap round and has a reservation as OBC therefore I get a scholarship from government and I have to pay the fee of 63575 in total in which other fees and development fees are included.
Campus is descent, not that much developed neither too cheap. There are basic facilities for basic needs. Although college doesn't have a good place for students to seat and have their meal that they carried.
I don't stay at hostel. Some of my friends stay at hostel. According to them college hostel has a descent infrastructure and has a mess too. Although the taste of food in the mess is not that good, according to the hostelers it doesn't seem quite healthy food.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
