Remarks :
Fergusson College has given to the country, from among its alumni, great patriots, thinkers, philosophers, poets, writers, teachers social workers, scientists, industrialists, entrepreneurs, researchers, administrators and defence officers.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Sociology faculty was good ....I choose it because s I wanted to take it upsc optional...but the staff was too coperative .. teaching methods was best ..we had faculty of 4 teachers for socio ..even other departments teacher were also cooperative
Internships Opportunities :
Yes ..our socio department has provided internship in NGO named as #Swach , pune. It was the NGO look at the cleanliness and reuses of waste material ..make best out of waste .. and many other departments also organised different intership
Placement Experience :
I didnt apply for placement.... And I don't know about this also ...but I listen that economic department in BA get placement with score of package..and in other like science and media ... computer science department get placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 7K for FY...8K for SY and 10 K for TY ..By the scholarship you will get the scholarship back. There is different fees according to reservation....you just have to fill the form for scholarship in which you are eligible..
Campus Life :
Library of collage is one of the biggest in lab in Asia ...fest held in Jan or Feb for one week ...which was one of the best experience in the collage.....campus was full of greenery ????. ..student run programs like saathi, in which they help to blind students..
Hostel Facilities :
I was not part of hostel ..but many of my friends were in the hostel ..it was best experience for them as a hostel life..hostel mess also good..and give different types of food items..with no compromise in quality and quantity

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

Placement Experience :
The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
