Dislikes
- I personally don't like my campus and the slow system of college.
- There is no ground for playing cricket or football in our campus. Even if there is a ground, it is in the main campus of the university. It is quite far from our campus.
Remarks :
I choose this college just because of its affordable fee structure. There now need to give any interview or written exam to enroll the course. The just ask for 12th standard percentage it would be at least 50 percent to take admission in this course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
They actually doesn't give the practical class on regular basis. Infact they do not focus on practical works they just focus on theories. But as I know Mass communication is a practical based course to enhance skills and development confidence. But faculty are having very good nature.
Internships Opportunities :
I have completed my internship in bharat 24 national news channel but That internship was not from the college side, I joined it on my own. It was a very good experience on field reporting and script writing
Placement Experience :
I can't give you surety for internship or placement given by college because I have never seen any placement team come in our campus in my last two three years. Specially for mass communication students their is no chances to get internship from college side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Firstly I would like to confirm that the fee amount I have mentioned is according to new fee structure of session 2024 bach. Here registration fee is approximately 1500 and admission fee is nearly 20000 with security amount which is refundable after completion of course. 7-8 thousand rupees uniform fee it is compulsory to each and everyone have to pay otherwise college can't allow you to write the exam. There many different quota in this college which can give good concession in fee at the time of admission. And those quota are there own school quata, NCC, NSS, Sports, Athletes, Army , BPL quota etc. They provide scholarship on the basis of 12th standard percentage as well.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is very bored with having friends. They don't have sufficient space in school of humanities and social sciences campus where mass communication classes take place. But faculties are very cooperative and familier with students.
Hostel Facilities :
No I haven't opted the hostel. But one of my female friend is in hostel she is very comfortable in college hostel. Everything may be well and good I feel like it she enjoyed their life. Also our hostel is in just behind our college

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
