No in mpc only merit based application in ug sector in pg you have to participate in cpet test I didn’t face any grouping discussion.i think you for a Btech course in CS STREAM you cant afford so you can try its a VERY good alternative from my perspective. In north odisha its best collage for ug and pg with affordable prices of course its autonomous so most of the paper will make by their own faculty.
In my course we have attend 2/3 seminars in that in last sem we have to make group project work and the project will given by merit of you avg marks of students in last 3 semester a criteria your avg is must 60 percent or avboe. And the hod and the faculty always motivate the students how they can make a career in it hubs and mncs.some Faculty’s behavior is vry friendly for us we can connect any tym with them you have any doubts in studyies.
No i don’t get any internship by college side. I have get an unpaid internship internship by tata in cybersecurity and analytics by IAM OPERATIONS.i will do a project how to secure the data of patients in a hospital
In that case we have un lucky IN mpc we don’t have any placement cell by the collage.some internship available by the faculty in a year only 2/3 students get that unpaid internship.my plans after the degree i will purse a CCNA COURSE WITH CISCO SECURITY to get a job in network engineering.
Moc autonomus provided the state scholarship like st sc wale fair e-medhanruti and if you are muslim religion student you cant apply the st sc wellfair scohlership and for pg students have NSP (national scholarship portal) provide by the collage .If you are a st sc student you cant apply the automatically recoverd your tution fee from scholarship you can get maximum amount wil be 27-28k per year.
Infrastructure is vry good maintained garden and cleanness.good parking space and students can interact with vry casual way in that not any type of politics in there. In our collage we have tabelntenis and carom, chesclub. And proper badminton court and basketball court available and also a indoor swimming pool pool and badminton court build now. Canteen is vry higenic.
I don’t chose any hostel its not shot for me becuz the hostel seats are only available for ST SC OBC category students they will get first this hostel seats are only. I leave in a pg in my collage carrear its good for me .

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement
There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.
for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.
Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.
Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges
Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
