- Faculty of college is good it is very cooperative and friendly. Teachers here help students get through their difficulties. Also about teaching the staff is well qualified and dignified. Professors are also available for mentorship.
- Cafeteria. College has several cqnteens and allows students to have food of their cho8ce. Almost every kinda food is available
Dislikes
- Infrqstructure of college is very poor benches are very small amd few even broken.
- Placements opportunities in college are very limited and not satisfactory or matching to stated ones.
Remarks :
College admission at my time was on basis of merit but now consider cuet ug exam score. There was no interview or group discussion. I got admit through panjab university direct enrollment into affilated colleges
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is pretty much similar with other dignified colleges, curriculam is follwed by entire year. In co-curricular activites like competitions or having events, the college lacks behind also the social clubs are not very active here. Faculty is co-operative, friendly and supportive. In academics aspect college is good but infrastructure could be way better
Internships Opportunities :
I have taken part in internships in several domains like marketing, training programs for coding etc. But mostly were found by my self college provides very little internship opportunities. Only 2 internship opportunities are available at mqx for students per year
Placement Experience :
Job opportunitues as stated are vergy good but I have not been into placement process yet as it is my last year. I have seen few recuiters visit thr college but havent heard of many people getting recruited from college and atleast not at a good package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Registration fees is 5000, it is paid once when you take admission in college and to register yourself with affilated university, which is panjab university. Admission fees is about 4000 Other compulsary charges are included in tution fees which is 39400 nearly College also provides with extra add on courses
Campus Life :
Life at campus is but you will not get much exposure as firstly it is a girls college, if you want to be in all girls college then this could be your best choice. Social groups and clubs are not very active and just exists although college provides with great ncc and nss records. The classrooms are not very amazing but labs are fully furnished.
Hostel Facilities :
Although I live in pg nearby, pg are easily available but I have stayed in hostel for 2 months the food is fine and clean. Mess menu is good you get to have several different thing throughout week. Mess arangement is also good. Registeration for hostel is easy you can apply while applying for college but facilities like ac and washing machines are not available in few blocks of hostel.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
