I went in through kcet counselling, this is a tier 2 college with great infrastructre, full of greenery, the teachers are well qualified with almost all of them having PhD or pursuing PhD, a good placement cell and supportive administrattion.
The college is vtu affiliated, hence follows the same curriculum and schedule as vtu. The faculties are all either PhD's or are currently pursuing PhD, hence there is a active research cell. There is good support for your new ideas and projects.
all the companies coming for hiring are offering internship as well, hence the internship oppurtunities are good, college is actively in contact with companies, and trying thier best to provide internships to students
The placement cell is really good for a tier 2 college, for 2025 batch, within the first 3-4 months of the drive alone, there have been around 50 companies which have already visited, almost 100 students are already placed , college also provides good amount of internship oppurtunities.
Year wise pay is 43,350 per year for me , for general merit through snq quota of kcet, the fees remains same through 4 years. It is slightly reduced for final year, but the price will vary based on the type of admission
The crowd is ok, but there are lot of clubs, both cultural/sports and academical and students are free to join as many as they wish, they are also free to start their own clubs as well. There are many other fests also, like verve(annual fest), department fest, kannada rajyotsava, etnic day, gala, and others.
No, i am a day scholar, so i do not know much about it, but based on discussion with my friends, i can tell it's decent. The girls hostel is inside the campus compound, so is vey secure, the food is not so good i hear.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
