Likes
- Behaviour of some of faculty members is more than supporting, they tend to help you in academic and non academic problems.
- There are some classes where attending is not mandatory so we can have some catch on time of we wish to do so.
Dislikes
- The lack of proper management and conduct of fests.
- Delay in the shedule of examinations causing us career delays.
Remarks :
While the college has a good campus infrastructure as now there is a new cafeteria constructed last year. There is a shortlist of students for entrance where cutoff are flexible a bit. I had to give a written test in which I scored well to get the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The CBCS syllabus which is regularised by ranchi university is a good and comprehensive syllabus for the program of batchelor of Science - physics . Teachers and their ways of teaching but to say I can say that the faculty is as supportive as they could be. We had to give a total of 12 exams in 3 years , in which there was 6 semesters and 2 exams for each semester,i.e mid and end sem exams.
Internships Opportunities :
During my college I have opted for an internship at my contact as there was absolutely no internship or such opportunities provided to us by our college forcing us to even avil internships at our own contacts.
Placement Experience :
For the Batchelor of science in physics course there are no current internships or job opportunities that are made aware to us by our campus. There is no assurance of getting a job or internship opportunities after completing this course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Collage fees varies for several categories as well there is a gurrented scholarship for members of reserved category, generally making the college fee relatively inexpensive. For each year I had to pay rupees 23000 approximately for 3 years duration of the course. It costed me arround 66000 for the degree.
Campus Life :
Not many feast or cultural programmes were hosted in our college, but limited number of them were enough to create memory . All the course relevant books were available at the library but lacked journals. We got a glimpse of games in form of annual fest in our college.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't opt for a hostel facility as well there is not hostel facility provided here at this time. I rented a pg near the college from which I had to commute to college daily, it was a 30 minute walk .

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
