Amity has their own entrance exam,which includes an aptitude test,an English test(essay)and two interviews one with faculty and one with director. One can skip the aptitude test if their 12th marks are above 80%. For English language test you'll be given 30 min to write an essay of given topic. 1st interview will be conducted by 2 faculty . And 2nd interview by director sir. All exams are easy. If one has proper knowledge and command over their language they can easily pass and enroll in AGBS Pune.
There are total of 6 sem of 4-5 months each For 1st sem there are 10 subject The teaching method is interactive and practical. Faculty encourage students to investigate and form case study from 1st sem.
Internship is compulsory for students. Students are expected to complete a two months nth internship after their fourth semester. Then students need to make an paper based on that internship. Mostly the college will provides students with internship opportunity but is a student want they can look for internship themselves. The college also gives an average package of ?500000.

In amity there are many fest like Udan, Sanghatana and amibolt. All fest preparation are done by students without any intervention of faculty. Also amity organis industrial visit every semester. The college is on SB rode so FC street and MG street are close. There's also pavillion mall at walking distance.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
