- College atmosphere is very good including greenery in everywhere. It is a clean anti ragging campus
- Separate buildings are provided for each department including separate building for labs and workshops
Dislikes
- The distance between various departments little bit large
- Availability of water in wash rooms because the college is situated in hilly area. Therefore availability of water is just fine.
- Almost all programs are occuring at night time. There fore almost day scholars are not able to attend it.
Remarks :
It is a government college. So getting admission in Rajiv gandhi institutee of technology kottayam you have to pass the keam entrance exam with a good rank. Based on keam rank list you are getting admission here. No other options.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is prepared by the directory of higher education department kerala. It's fine including education and other activities. The academics and faculties are very good. As you can see the name of the college in top 3 engineering collages in kerala based on result. The faculties are also very good and friendly.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes various internship options are available at the college. And also the faculties always remember as regarding attending internship and industrial visits. Rajiv gandhi institute of technology is providing internships to all department.
Placement Experience :
Very good placements and internships are available at rajiv gandhi institute of technology. Last year also many core companies came to the college and may students got placed in core companies only if you have a good cgpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fees are around four thousand and exam fees are about 250 per subject. If you are additional course like nptel you have to 1000 for attending the exam. There additional fees like sport, college admission and bus fee
Campus Life :
The campus life is very rich. There are varities of societies and clubs are there for the education and entertainment purpose. We have a vast library of a4 block building including thousands of books and e books for the students. There is a talented sports faculties are here. We are the zonel champions of football, cricket and table tennis. There is a large ground and college is providing traing and required items for the students
Hostel Facilities :
Im a day scholar. So i dont know actually about the hostel. But from my class mates i heard that the collage hostel is very good with proper food including nonveg and the hostel atmosphere also fine. But one draw is that the hostel are not sufficient for all students. So if you want to get admission in hostel there are also another hostel rank list based on different criteria. Private hostels are available.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
