Likes
- The main pros of our campus is vibrant environment and its pleasant ambience. The college is filled with lots of trees and thus lots of fresh air.
- Another important advantage of studying in this campus is that you get to socially enjoy your life with lots of friends.
Dislikes
- The sincerity of some of the faculties towards finishing their portions are sometimes questionable.
- Another cone is the college management system is so complex which is good in a way but most of the times it can be overwhelming.
Remarks :
Well ,I had to choose between MACE and FISAT, but I knew that MACE would provide more exposure for me in terms of my future career . Choosing a government aided college is far better than a self financing college. The admission procedures of college was quite simple and technical. It only took about 3-4 hrs.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Mechanical engineering as I was always into automobiles and opting Mechanical would provide more descriptive knowledge about machines and their working. The faculties of our campus are well qualified and most of them are IIT ians. But for some of them, their sincerity in finishing the portions regarding the subjects are sometimes questionable. There will be two internal exams conducted out of 40 marks and the exams can be sometimes easier or sometimes very hard.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't yet but our college is providing a wide variety of internship opportunities. Internships are grabbed from core companies like Kochi Metro , Cochin shipyard. The internships can be done for all years but stipends are only provided by subjective companies and its only for higher semester students.
Placement Experience :
Well in our college the campus placement records are very impressive. Out of each course around 65 percentage of the students are getting placed every year. An average package about 3.5 lakhs per annum to higher packages like 16- 18 lakhs per annum are acquired by our students every year. Core companies like TCS, Bosch, IBM are approaching our colleges for hiring our students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total course fee is about 60000. This includes tution fee and other college based expenses like internet, technical fest, Arts Fest etc. It also includes Hostel fees if you are choosing one. As for me , I got allotted in the "TUTION FEE WAIVER " category so I doesn't need to pay tution fee. As of my knowledge the college isn't providing any scholarships, except the government based financial aids like E-Grantz and other scholarships for minority sections.
Campus Life :
One of the main pros of the campus is it's social life. There is an extensive library facilities for each departments with vast varieties of books. There is a well made football and cricket teams for our college. There are also various clubs like ASME , SAE, IEEE, NSS MACE, etc for providing opportunities for students to showcase their talents.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality is quite impressive in our campus. Especially at hostels. There will be non veg foods mostly. The hostel fees is not much but the registration process is mostly based on the distance to the house from the college. Also if we have some hold in the management, it would be easy to get admission in the hostel.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
