The most influential factor when choosing this college was definitely the curriculum. I have always found myself struggling to find colleges that provide their students with real life applicable skills which will be helpful in the future. This college guaranteed just that for me. As for the admission, the only criteria is to appear for the CUET exam. The eligibility criteria is you must have studied mathematics in the past.
I find the course to be very up to date and very practical. It focuses on real life applications rather than just mugging up lots of theories. It's also very diverse and dynamic. The faculties are always helpful and try their best in making us understand the concepts. They are also very punctual and don't skip a lot of lectures.
I haven't opted for any internships but the students normally seek for internships themselves. Some popular companies for internships are Infosys, EY, Nitin Ayog and even RBI. The students also intern as a junior or assistant researchers with the college professors or even professors from other colleges.
So as for the placements there is a training and placement office that is run by the administration. This offers campus placements to a lot of students. Students can expect an average placement of approximately 8 lakhs. There are companies like EY and Infosys that offer placements.
As for the detailed fee structure. The tuition fees is 35000 per year and the hostel fees is 19000. Including additional amenities of wifi, gym, medical, sports, etc. The total comes to 1 lakh per year approximately. There is scholarship available at the end of first year which gets awarded to three students on the basis of their performance.
The social life at campus is very dull overall. Given the huge infrastructure, the lack of students really adds to this dull life. There is one fest called Aurora every year and that too isn't very happening. There are a couple of clubs that are student run such as research club, art club, fashion club, debate club, etc. Which try Their level best in making the college more lively.
The hostel is very beautiful and the rooms are very spacious as well. Wi-fi is available all day which is a good additional value. However the mess food is absolutely terrible. The mess provides monotonous food not taking into account the taste of north Indians at all. The food is so awful that even the local students find it hard to digest.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
