The institute has excellent research facilities and funding. The academics are really rigorous and difficult to get through. The entrance is IISER Aptitude Test. The cutoff is above 130 for this institute for general category for this institute. The exam asks 15 questions each of 4 marks in each Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
I chose this course because of my inclination towards research. The faculty is highly qualified and motivated. Exams are timely and challenging which makes the academics really difficult to maintain.
The tuition fees for each semester is approximately 45000 for general and OBC students. The registration fees for new students is 35000 and the rest is paid later. The fees for SC/ST students is around 9000 which is just the hostel charge. The major kind of scholarship is INSPIRE offered to non droppers based on their merit in competitive exams and Boards (top 1%) which is taken care of by the institute itself.
The yearly science fest is Ishya which happens around October or November. The library holds a fine amount of books and scientific journals. The classrooms are well equipped with all the necessities and technology. Campus life is great and sports facilities are good. The are many functional clubs which active in the Campus and can be joined.
The food quality is really good though, not the most delicious. All the students have to reside in the campus itself i.e. hostels. The hostels are equipped with balconies, cupboards, mirrors, beds and study tables.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
