- It is an open campus and people from outside are also permitted inside
- Too many cows roam around inside the campus
Remarks :
Mining department of this clg is the oldest in india and the clg had really good placements. I got in through jee and jee advanced. Theyre competitive exams conducted in india by the nta. I prepared through coaching in my school by FIITJEE
Course Curriculum Overview :
It is very good. The faculties are really nice and supporting. They are very well experienced and have deep knowledge in what they teach us in the classroom and lectures. The exam was very difficult and is the toughest one ive given in my life
Internships Opportunities :
I havent opted for any interships yet as most students do it from their 2nd yr and i am still a first yearite. I have heard from my seniors that the internships that they get are really good for experience and that they add a lot of value to their resume during placement
Placement Experience :
Eleigibility criteria for the placement is 7.5 cpi overall. Many big mncs visit out college and recruit many students. This yr several students were placed in companies with a package of over 1 crore per annum
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly 225000 tuition, then mess fee seperately, and it is paid every semester Less fee for families with lower annual income
Campus Life :
Life at campus is very chill. We get to interact a lot with our seniors and our alumni as well. There are a lot of clubs and councils for tech, culturals sports etc. We not only do academics and the college environment forces us to take part in other extracurricular activities as well.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel food is not that bad but the overall experience is pretty good. We have been allotted a new hostel this yr so it has been a very good experience so far. The building is well equipped and we have washing machines as well

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
