- I like the infrastructure of the campus because it's great in ambience and also have a great diversity and history about the city
- I also like the faculty because there very supportive and cooperative and help in each and every step of your success
Dislikes
- I dislike the campus life because it's bit to old for students like us and it need to be reformed in order to become a high class institute
- I dislike the campus life because of the old ethnic buildings in which we have to study
Remarks :
IIT BHU is a very reputed college. You have to clear the world second toughest exam to get admission into this college.its nirf Ranking is 10th overall. This led to high cut offs for this collecge the admission in computer science branch in this college requires about a thousand rank in JEE advanced which is a quite of nut to crack so you can imagine what is the level of competence in this college yes I also face and discussions from others and my family members because I was getting several options like top 7 iits but I choose this IIT because it have a great placement record you can definitely go on
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are very nice here I am personal involved in mechanical engineering so hear the faculty Harf the chief directors of DRDO and various other institutions they are a lot there the masters in their field quit their job to teach in this reputed college the course here is quite tough. You have to work hard to get good grades in your mid semester and end semester exams you also face very much competitions in this college because All students are IITIANS
Internships Opportunities :
I am currently a pressure or I will hold in mechanical engineering 1st year so placement opportunities is not for first years you could learn some skills and you could get internship from about third year and you will get a job about 4th year
Placement Experience :
Placement record is great I cannot talk much because I have no words to say about this college in all the it is it comes at second place in terms of placement it gives really well packages to each and every student the cleafeld percentage is great it's ranking is 10th over all in the whole India here you could get as high packages 2.65 crores for annum which is offered to a computer science student and the average packages are also good you could get about 20 to 24 lakh per annum the average package of the college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Here the fee structure is bit different from other colleges. the original fees is about 10-11 Lakhs for 4 years. It also offers some remission for students with less income. Like students whose Annual family income is less than 5 lakhs per year and greater than 1 lakh per year, their 2/3 of tution fees is off. Students whose annual family income is less than 1 lakh their 100% of tution fees is off. The college also offers full fees remission for sc/st category students. The college also offers foundation scholarship for every student. Here you have to maintain more than 8 cgpa in your semester exams.
Campus Life :
The campus life here is a great you can get so much greenery which also provide so fresh air in the morning compared to other cities metro cities here various sites to visit such as Kashi Vishwanath temple which is nearby never college you can visit have some other food items there you could also visit the city Banaras which is the oldest city of the world social life is great people here are great very cooperative students involved in the college also very friendly in nature.
Hostel Facilities :
Here in IIT BHU we have about 12 hostels the freshers are provided with the new hostels which are a great in facilities such as high speed Wi-Fi geysers everyday cleaning facilities window ventilation and also installed with vending machines which provides various types of fast foods in late night studies you also get canteens in your hostels which provide your variety of cuisine you also have various sport activities such as table tennis in badminton courts which is installed inside the hostels you also can visit sports facilities centre which is nearby or hostel which development of a student mess facility is great the food taste really well they take care of the hygiene. When you will take admission in this college the college facility will allot you the hostels according to their wishes

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
