I chose Tolani Maritime Institute for my further studies because I wanted to pursue a career in marine engineering. It is a really good institute with good sports and academic facilities. The admission procedure requires students to clear IMU-CET after which they need to appear for TMISAT which is the entrance exam for the institution. The overall admission process comprises of a written exam IMU-CET and a personal interview

I have not opted for internship as of yet but the college provides good internship assistance opportunities for every student. Top companies visit the campus every year and offer promising internship and placement opportunities for every student
The placement rate offered is really good with almost 100% placement being offered every year, really good companies visit the campus and select students based on their performance in college. I plan on sailing for as long as possible once I complete my degree
The fee structure of tolani maritime institute is around 25lakhs in total for a course of four years for btech in marine engineering, however the college provides 50% fee relaxation in case of girls. The college offers no fee relaxation based on caste
The campus life is excellent, the total area of the campus is of around 100acres with good sports facilities and greenery all around. The major fests are horizon and transtech with a freshers party conducted every year. The college offers several clubs including cyber security club, cookery club, etc which are essential for the development of students. The library is also huge and well equipped with multiple books
The hostel mess is huge and well equipped with breakfast lunch and dinner all being served to all students together in a single place. The mess offers a wide range of meals which are healthy. The hostel facilities are great with good rooms which are double sharing in structure
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
