Remarks :
Tolani Maritime Institute is one of the most renowned college for this field. It has the best faculty and a very huge campus . Everyone here is very supportive and food here is also very good. Before joining this institute I gave exam and interview for admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as it is a one year course and after clearing this course in first attempt I will be able to board the ship and start earning as a deck cadet. Most of the faculty here are Captain which teaches us and also share their life experiences on ship. Exams will be very easy if you study.
Internships Opportunities :
Tolani releases its form every year and you have to fill that form then tolani will instruct you to give exams of companies which are in contact with Tolani and the clear exams and interview and get Sponsorship and the enroll in the course.
Placement Experience :
You need to fill the form of different companies or Tolani Maritime Institute and then will have to go give the exams and clear then, clear the interview and then after clearing everything you will get Sponsorship meaning you are placed and then join join college to do the DNS course
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees of Tolani Maritime Institute for Diploma in Nautical Science for a whole year is 6 lakh 52 thousand. There are two semesters in this course. To enroll in this course you need to get Sponsorship from companies. Sponsorship guarantees you that if you will pass in all subjects in DNS course in first attempt of both semester then and then only you will beget the job and will be boarding the vessel. For getting sponsorship you need to give exams of different companies and clear the interview. For that you need to fill the form of those companies. Tolani Maritime Institute also releases its own form which you can fill.
Campus Life :
There were many events such as Nautical and freshers party also the most interesting and important event was the Euplete Ceremony on 15th August. The seniors here are also very good and look out for their juniors
Hostel Facilities :
There are 3 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel. The registration process is very easy and smooth. You will according to your hostel get your house such as Mudaliar, Master, Morarjee, Cassim. The food here is full of nutrition and healthy.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
