I chose BSc in IT because it aligns with my interest. It provides a strong foundation in programming,data management which are essential skills for a career in today's digital world.This course also opens up opportunities in both private and government sectors, which fits my career aspirations.My faculties are friendly are qualified.They explain well, have good behavior, and clear doubts.Even if asked repeatedly, they answer patiently, re-explain if something is not understood. Before exams,they conduct revisions, highlight important questions,mark key topics. The BSc course is of 3 years, and some changes have been made due to NEP (National Education Policy).Semester exams are conducted, with a total of 6 semesters in 3 years.There are 2 internal exams and the best of the two or the average is calculated.Marks are allocated for assignments, practical exams, and viva, which carry 30 marks, while the theory exam carries 70 marks, making it a total of 100 marks for each semester.

In my college, an unofficial fresher's event is held, with each branch having its own specific celebration, and sometimes all branches merge for a combined event. Every year, the college organizes an annual function in the campus around January-February. There is an Ethnic Day where everyone comes dressed in traditional attire. During Ganesh Puja, a pandal is set up outside the college, and Ganpati Bappa is worshipped. On Holi, a DJ is arranged on the college campus. Our college has an e-library as well as a physical library, where books related to each branch and subject, previous year question papers, exam summaries, and newspapers are available. Inter-college sports are organized, and our college has NCC Navy and Army wings. Our college excels in sports and has facilities like basketball, handball, and badminton courts. The college has a very large ground and a dedicated sports committee. Our college has a meme page, a confession page, and an official page on Instagram.
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.
There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.
Rare opportunities to get internship, and placement because of lack of skill in developing courses rather than academic books.some get internship because they worked hard. Placement is all about how much of your soft and technical skills are well developed
According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.
If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.
There are available campus placement and college provides some internship program through the webinar with companies.there avarage placement package around 8 to 10 LPA and the highest package is around 25 to 30 LPA
Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
