Likes
- the infrastructure is of top end with high quality facilities
- the enviroment is so pleasant as it is surrounded by hills
- there is very less pollution as much of the common traffic does not enter the campus
- there is a way to the police battalion from inside the campus so one can feel safer
Dislikes
- there are some dogs and monkeys the later sometimes bother students in the hostels
- it is a bit away from both guntur and vijayawada so far from a good city
Remarks :
I chose this college because it is the besst i was getting for my rank in the neet ug exam.the admission is through the meritt basis in the neet ug examination only.the cut off depends on the rank inflation year by year as of now it is around 1700 for general category.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because i wanted to become a doctor and in of itself mbbs is a professional course to become a practicing doctor in india.the faculties are highly qualified and they have wonderful and ample teaching experience although you will have to do a lot of self study. the term exams are usually once in a 3 months they exams are quite difficult but you get sufficient courage and experience to handle them.
Internships Opportunities :
the internship of one year after the 4.5 years of duration is mandatory for each and every student. it is to be done at the hospital in the campus during which students are posted in different departments for a particular duration in which they learn as well as perform minor tasks. the stipend for interns as of now is around 24,000 per month.
Placement Experience :
there are no placements as such. people usually do pg after the course but one can also practice as general physician or work in different hospital setups to gain experience and skills for clinical practice
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee for the entire course for the duration of 5.5 years is to be paid at the time of admission which is 5856 rupees only. the tution fee lab fee and other miscellaneus fee are incuded in it only.You may get other scholarship from external sources.the fee is the same since the beginning of the college.
Campus Life :
the annual fest named maha parv is conducted in january or nearby if most of the batches are not having exams. there is a 24/7 library with central AC and WIFI facility with good books. the classroom also has central AC and WIFI facilities with good seating and projectors and sound speaker system. there are good sports facilities with badminton,tennis and basketball courts. table tennis facilities are also present. an open ground is being prepared for cricket and football, a gym is also under the pipeline. there are different student clubs namely SNE,cultural,sports and literary clubs. A student union is also formed recently under the name of AMSAM
Hostel Facilities :
the food is ok but not as tasty as it is at one's home the hostels have a double shared room with 24/7 water, geyser , and electricity facility the hostel fee is 1000 rupees for the whole duration which included in the 5856 paid at the time of admission.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
