- I like strict implementation of No ragging policy , Exams conducted per schedule and the mode of conduction exam. I also like the feedback taken by college for enquiring about faculties. College environment feels good.
Dislikes
- Strict rules lack freedom for students. Sometimes getting permission isn't easy for some branches. Canteen could be better. Programms and Events are less compared to other colleges. Co-operation of departments is not that great towards events. Similarly, There is a lack in co-ordination of departments.
Remarks :
Common Entrance Exam - EAMCET , followed by counselling through onine portal. I was committed to complete my Graduation in Better college than better course because studying in better college provides you more opportunities during placements. To my rank , It was impossible to get computer based groups in GRIET , So I choose to let down my will towards group and concentrate on college for better future. Also , College has taken care teaching IT related (coding and etc) irrespective of branches (of course with fee of 20k) and have succeeded in immersing knowledge into us.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is perfectly designed. All faculty have atleast completed Mtech and have specialisations in any one field with good experience. There might be some weeds which do not cover 1% of whole faculty.
Internships Opportunities :
College acknowledges internships provided by some certified and important platforms , and sometimes department force you to participate in some internship like AICTE and AWS , Whichis really good for future purposes.
Placement Experience :
Placements offers are good. You just need to be ready by the time of placements and need to be clever while choosing placement due to rules set by college Training and Placements department. As quoted earlier , You'll be asked to pay 20,000 per extra course , which is worth, But avoiding this doesn't reflect onto your placement opportunity. Good companies come for Core branch offers to. 80-90% of IT companies offer till ECE 60-70 % of them consider EEE too. Fee chances for MECH and CIVIL but , they get core offers frequently. Placements start from very beginning of fourth year and please ensure no arrears at the time of placements. My suggestion would be to do any internship or certificate earning programs through opportunities provided by college(or outsided) and also be sincere during that course instead of certificate purpose.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So As everyone knows, there are two ways to get into a Engineering college in Telangana. Either yoou need to enroll through EAMCET results (counselling based on rank) , Or you can pay donation. Talking about donation side , Back in 2021 - For enrolling into ECE , you need to pay 6lakhs per year along with yearly fee of (1,22,000). Qt that time , Condonation fee for CSE was said to be around 12 lakhs per seat (yearly fee excluded). At present, The condonation fee for ECR dropped as competetion an no.of sections dropped. Similarly Condonation for CDE has raised charging more than 16-18 lakhs per seat ( as per some unofficial sources). The other way , Enrolling through EAMCET results , If you get a tank of less than 10,000 you'll get complete reimbursement and if your rank lies between 10,000 -50,000 , You'll get 35,000 as reimbursement from government. NOTE : Irrespective of your fee structure, You'll need to pay extra 5000 per year stating NBA and miscellaneous fee etc...
Campus Life :
College doesn't have hostel facility for boys , and there's only limited facility for girls. Others stay in PG's near JNTU college (girls and boys) , which is great option rather than staying in hostel (for girls). Enough no.of activities , but you need to be aware of it for participation.Programs are less in number compared to many Colleges.The notable events are Pragnya,Spectra , PULSE. Strictly No ragging in collee premises. Girls and boys roaming together is not encouraged by college area except in blocks.You can roam together during breaks to limited premises like canteen. Separate canteen for boys and girls . If you wanna have lunch together, you can stay back in class. Good Library, But again Girls and boys are not encouraged to sit together unless serious work on laptops. There are numerous amount of clubs and my suggestion for a fresher is to join any club compulsorily. College Infrastructure is satisfactory
Hostel Facilities :
A good and satisfactory campus life. As no hostel for boys and limited for girls , I could not provide my own insights , But according to few of my friends in girls , Rules and life in hostel isn't so good for students. Food is considered to be average. Still Incase you want to get into college hostel , You need to be quick during joining the college. And for outside PG , You can choose PGs near JNTU Metro Station.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

In our district kamala is the only college with highest placement records .many more MNC are visiting our college and student are getting placed in many companies with highest packages and currently they are leading good lifes
Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
