- University has a huge infrastructure,we do get to surround ourselves with most of the things related to agriculture We have fishery unit , sericulture unit, watershed, agricultural engineering department, horticulture department,biotech department, pathi department,....it's wide
- The other facilities like library, labs , research area, expermital plots are much usefull aswell
Dislikes
- It is very far from the main gate The transportation for the localities is a big task
Remarks :
The good aspect about the college is The locality, environment , the faculty is supporting, experienced and also the campus has good access for the students to library, labs ,experimental plots Bad aspect would be Less job opportunities
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as I'm an agri enthusiastic person Every semester we have 2 exams: one would be midterm (internals)and other externals And also for subject without practical component we do write intrims exam aswell And also practicals .
Internships Opportunities :
Internship at BEL with partnership with environment development board Garden designing with Emphasis nursery Internship at indoor and ornamental plants at krishimela 90 days rural internship programme at Chikkabalapura
Placement Experience :
There are almost no placement opportunities, we rather go for higher studies or management exams, banking exams , some competitive exams aswell , whereas we can also comeup with enterpreneurship opportunities
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
General category students need to pay around 50-60k every year as a course fee (excluding hostel accomodation) The fee structure is actually divided into semester wise everyyear we need to register for each course and pay accordingly
Campus Life :
Life at campus is good , we do get exposure with some events and fest usually , we get to take part in many fest in any department like singing , dancing, mimics, drama ,sceneplay, flashmob, acting, stage shows etc
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is pretty good but the mess food is kind of repetitive , it is safe , hygienic,good staff , supporting warden , strictly adhered to timings and with all the basic facilities and amenities and spacious

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
