- The views is very beautiful in this college. The faculty is nice and has done excellent in their field. Campus is beautiful and infrastructure is quite good.
Dislikes
- What I dislike about the college is there is no night life . As you have to keep things you need before 10 pm because after that there is no shop opened.
Remarks :
This college is one of the top Government college in Uttarakhand. You can get admission in this college is through writing jee mains exams. The good aspects of college is the beauty as it is situated on the mountain and also the faculty is quite supportive too. The bad aspects of college are that there is no night life as I said earlier college is situated on mountain so the last shop is opened till 10 pm after that all shops get closed . On behalf of admission procedure there are some percentage of seat reserved for the uttarakhand domicile and rest are given to the other state i cutt off is not too high but yes the branch factor can be considered during the admission and cut off.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is quite supportive. There are faculty that has done there post graduation from iit . Also a good thing is that college is goverment also the fees is less compared to other colleges. The teaching method is good and classes happens on the regular basis. There are 8 semester during a four year btech course. Each year there are 2 semester. Each semester there are proper 2 class test and then end semester examination.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have applied for the internship but it was off campus. There is a club and various groups which are runed by our senior and faculty where if the opportunity of internships come there post it in their whatsapp group.
Placement Experience :
Placement is good in this college. If I'll tell you about the placement the avg. Package of this college is 4-5 lakh per annum. Also this college includes the alumni who has cracked a very good package off campus .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
32800/- is the tution fees. 18000/- is the hostel fees which includes both mess and hostel fees. It has to be paid every semester. The tution fees included caution fees, registration fees, lab fees etc.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is only at during day time . As I said earlier there is no night life in this college. Yes there are fest and program that happens at our college in the auditorium. Our college conduct fest every year and its name is Goonj. Also there is sports fest namely Josh and many more things happens here our college also conducts traditional food fest etc. There is a Library in the college where you can issue the books you like moreover the books are of the syllabus but if you want one you can issue them. Classroom are decent and the faculty are good in their field.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I have applied for the hostel. The fees of hostel is 18000/- per semester which includes both the mess food and the fees of the rooms of hostel .The fees of hostel is paid every semester. The quality of food is decent and the infrastructure of hostel rooms are quite well . Each year students are shifted to new hostels .

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
