- Faculties are really good and also very supportive.

- The university doesn’t have any ground to play.
- Other than above I don’t dislike anything about this university.
Remarks :
The factors that made me choosing this college are first of first it’s ranking in law colleges, it is one of the top most law colleges in Dehradun, it’s placement ranking, the faculty feedbacks which I’ve taken from the seniors before taking admission into the college, and also the location where it is located.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course and academics are good but the faculties of SOL (School Of Law) are extremely good and very supportive. They will teach you well also they will guide you well if you reach them, all the faculties are very intellectual and they teach really very well.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for the internship, the university has a department called Training And Placement cell in every department of college, where they deal with the placement and the internship placement for the students, as a student of law i have opted for the unpaid internship under advocates. And the experience was very good.
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities are very good, many students are getting their dream job, most of the students are getting placed just after their UG degree. The Students Of hospitality management are getting placed very frequently also the management students and also the students of the law department.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the 1st year students it will be a total amount of ? 1,61,000 in their first year including ? 1000 as admission fees , ? 15000 for counselling, ?1000 for uni. Enrollment fee, ? 3500 examination fee. ?2000 as Library E-resources fee , ?500 for Medical insurance fee , ?3750 as University Events, Activities and convocation fee (shall be paid in every semester) , security deposit ?5000 (refundable and shall be paid only one time), Now tuition fee for the 1st semester is ?60,000. Tuition fee for the 2nd sem is ?60,000, ?1,61,000 for the first year. For the 3rd semester is ?65,000 For the 4th semester is ?65,000, ?1,49,000 for the 2nd year. For 5th and 6th sem it would be ?70,000 for each semester. ?1,59,000 for the 3rd year. For 7th and 8th semester the tuition fee would be ?75,000 for each semester. ?1,69,000 for the 4th year. For 9th and 10th semester the tuition fee would be 80,000 for each semester. ?1,79,000 for the final i.e. 5th year.
Campus Life :
The Campus is not very big which is good for some and worse for some, but the campus life is good for me, IMS organise various seminar for the students also it organises a intraction only between the Dean and the students of that particular department. There’s a Abhivyakti Club which Conducts event called Udgaar which includes various activities such as debates ,open mic, film review, mock IAS, etc. There’s a annual Sport event called SPORTALATHON in the month of March, There’s a freshers party, also the farewell party, An annual event called Lamhe , which also includes various fun activities and also a star singer dj night.
Hostel Facilities :
In my first year i was in the hostel, the hostel was fun, I really enjoyed that year, the food was good and especially the breakfast was very awesome, the wardens are also good and very supportive and behaves good with the student. Then i shift to pg as all of my friends decided to leave hostel, the pg’s are situated very near to the university.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
