Important Instructions:

  • Hostel admission is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis by the University Academic Cell.
  • Hostel seats are allotted for one academic year only.
  • Any change in the hostel room requires prior approval from the University Academic Cell.
  • Students must vacate the hostel room with all belongings at the end of the academic year (30th June or the last day of end-term exams, whichever is earlier).
  • Hostel seats for subsequent academic years are allotted based on merit.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy:

  • If a student withdraws before the start of classes or by 31st July 2026 (whichever is earlier), INR 1,000 will be deducted as a processing fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If a student withdraws after the start of classes or from 1st August 2026, the entire hostel fee will be forfeited.
  • In such cases, mess and laundry fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining academic year.
  • If hostel facilities are used for even one day in a month, the full mess and laundry fee for that month will be deducted.
  • The hostel security deposit will be refunded after adjusting any pending dues.

**No refund or adjustment is allowed for absence from the hostel for any reason.

**Students who are suspended or expelled from the hostel will not receive any refund of hostel, mess, or laundry fees.
