I heard a lot about this college form my seniors who were pass before lockdown or during lockdown. Also all of them are actually earning atleast 12lpa-1.5crpa . That's why I choosed this college also it is the close to my house which reduces my travelling time and I can give my time to other things.
Actually I wanted to opt for Computer science, but my percentile in cet where 87.50 and cutoff for cs was 89 so I choosed this Information tech course, which is closest to cs. Faculty for IT is decent some of them are extraordinary while some aren't that good. So I have a mixed review on faculty. Exam difficulty is medium based on your preparation you can score a good cgpa.
That's the thing lacking when it comes to placement. The college doesn't provide a good internship only internship programs are from AICTEE and most of those programs are paid. Large MNCs don't come for interships we have to find good internships on our own.
Placements are decent 3.5lpa-5lpa. various MNCs like TCS,TATA,WIPRO,JIO come at college for interview. The interview starts at 7th sem. And 80% of students are getting placed. The criteria is 60% marks from 10th std to current avg of cgpa which is good so that even avg students can apply for the job.
The actual fees is 98000. But as an obc student i have to pay 55000. The fees for sc/st is nearly 5k and for vjnt is nearly 54k. Also for ews it is 52-56k. There are some other scholarships too that college provide since first year that are Panasonic scholarship.
The life in my campus is decent. There are various clubs such as GITS,CSI etc in our college. Social life is average in college as there is a feeling of competition between students which have its own pros and cons. College infrastructure has almost everything but there should be a small ground of turf like structure where the students can play that's the only thing lacked in infrastructure otherwise it's nice
I travel from my home so I don't have much idea but my friends are living in PG's near college. So I haven't heard anything bad about it so it might be good. Also there are a lot of mess near our college but I heard they are just avg. But I personally don't know
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
