It's affordable than a lot of other private colleges in the area but costlier than the other UTU colleges in dehradun, but in bhimtal compared to graphic era it's better in terms of cse only, not for ece.
It's good if you wanna study but not if you want a college life, placements are hit and a miss so fend for yourself, but atleast half of the faculty knows how to teach, you can pass exams by just filling up pages
Some of the faculty has some connections so they do provide some students with internships, the college does not, again fend for yourself, but the college does require you to do an internship every year for marks.
It's a little unstable as of now, there are some changes in the top management which has made some sacrifices to the placements and such, but who knows what will it be in the future, don't take risks, and fend for yourself
It's 67000 per semester for college fees of cse including hostel and other amenities but not including mess fees which is 18000 per semester, fees for MCA is 60800 which is less than btech, excluding hostel the fees for just the college is for btech 58700 per semester
You are trapped in a hostel for whole day expect two hours every Evening to go out, inside the campus you get a library which closes at 4, a canteen with a limited selection of food, a small gym, badminton court, table tennis etc.
The hostel has a great vibe because of the people, although the facilities are subpar, in boys hostel you have some freedom after 2nd year, but girls hostel is a closed gate in the evening no coming in no going out after 6-7 pm

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
