- Faculties are very good They are well educated and understanding All faculties are experienced And knows there subject well
- College provide all the needed facilities to students like water Clean washroom Rest areas Seating areas Canteen So facilities are great
Dislikes
- Parking can be improved There is parking in college but it's not sufficient for all vehicles Sometimes we need to park bikes outside college
- There is no ground in college campus We needs to use HA ground nearby for events and soprts
Remarks :
The placement and reputation of DY Patil college is the main thing I considered while taking admission here.. faculties are very good There are no group discussion rounds for admission You can get admission through exams like CET and JEE For cources in demand the cutoff is very high like 90+ For less demand cource cut offs are less You get category benefits during admission You can also get admission ny management
Course Curriculum Overview :
Cource is designed by SPPU Pune.. course us well designed Faculties are very good in teaching Everyone is master in their subjects All facilities are very supportive Many of them hold PhD Teaching methods are very clear to understand They use Mant new technologies to teach There are total 4 university exam in year One is insem and other is endsem 2 insem and 2 endsem College conduct unit tests after each unit completion
Internships Opportunities :
No til I have not opted as I'm in third year yet But as I know there are many placement opportunities in college Mani Big companies like Tata mahindra bosch l and T siemens bajaj etc come in college Many of these companies offer internship also with stipend like 10k per month
Placement Experience :
There is dedicated placement cell of college which is continuously working for good placements There are many companies come for placement Highest package got in college is 70 lakhs per annum in field of machine learning Nearly 70 percent students get's placement per year I will attend all the placement activities and interviews in college to get best job
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I pay yearly 65230 because I have OBC scholarship. For OBC students fees is half i.e.65230. remaining fees is paid by government scholarship program For SC and NT students fees is only 13000 which is development fees..and at the end of year by filling nahadbt government scholarship form SC NT students can get that 13000 .. that means for SC NT students no fees is there it's almost zero per year If someone is from Open category with annual income less than 8 lakhs per year they will also get EBC scholarship and needs to pay 65230 and remaining will be paid by government scholarship
Campus Life :
There are many events organised in college Sports event named as Parakram is held in February March genarlly Book lab is very big and include each and every book for all courses There are many other big events Dance singing etc Freshers party is also there There are many social groups in college Each department have it's own group on different different projects and research Many groups are run by students itself

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
