The main factor was facilities and that college being near my place . Also I hate travelling through rush trains , therefore they have bus facilities and I liked it . The campus is brilliant, so many things to do . And the best part is ... Nature and scenery . No interwiew test or written test must be given as per i know. Just meet them with your parents.
My course is Btech Aiml and I choose this course because of the growing opportunities and placements in this field plus I love coding. All faculty members and teachers highly qualified and phd holder so no worry . Term exams are just after or with mumbai university exams . The difficulty level is moderate.
No i havent yet opted for any internship now. I'll opt in when I'm worthy enough to pursue and also in their year. Tho internships are helped to students by placement cell . They are really helpful but the percentage is low.
I don't have any idea about placements. One thing you need to understand before opting this university. There is placements cell but the percentage is low. So prepare your mind for your own internship hunt highest package someone got is 10/12 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA.
The detailed fees structure is as follows for me: Per year for btech aiml without any scholarship is 165000 , as you gain scholarship (there are many) the fees will be reduced max scholarship is around 20% reduction and girls have more than that . Mine with sebc reservation I got 138000 per year. My friends has the same with all being from obc category. Sebc category or ews category got 15-16% deduction and obc gets 20% deduction.
We had lots of fest like aaramb and even drone workshop they usually happens in the fall season. There is availability of everything in the inbuilt stationary shop , but the shop is always crowdy and the man who works there is very slow. Sports and extracurricular activities happens a lot like cricket, volleyball, football. There are also many clubs and groups that you can join mainly are for coding .
I have not opted for hostel but if anyone will they will be the happiest one. Hostels are very clean and the students lifestyle is also modern and mature. Mess food is top notch. There are many localities around like shedung, bavarle or even rasayani.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
