I gave CUET exam to get admission in this college, actually In delhi University there are very less CoEd college providing psychology and Zakir Hussain delhi college has one of the best psychology department so I opted this college
Overall experience is kind of bad , no freshers , very bad admin support, we got classes on Saturday whereas most of the DU college are only Monday to Friday, some professor's are clueless, but on the other hand our college has some of the most famous professor like vijendra Chauhan sir , and vikas Divya kirti is also a passout of our college
Yes I have done some internship in Fortis hospital vasant kunj , and some other as well, although they did not paid me but get to meet professional psychologist and learn , I'm happy with the experience
We have placement cell in our college but do not depend on them , most of DU college does not provide any placement for BA programs , they might be providing for engineering courses but very less , i repeat don't rely on college
13,500 per year plus 1800 exam fee per semester so 3600 exam fee for one year For OBC it is around 12000 plus they pay less exam fee around 1200 Sc and St pay even lesser college fee around 9 thousand per year plus 1000 rupees exam fee per year
Well campus is adjacent to slum so there's always someone peeking from their home in our campus , not such a big campus and even the college ground is always closed , dirty washroom, no responsibility taken by admin staff , quite disappointed by this college overall
No I'm from Delhi so i did not required any hostel but some on my friends are living in hostel in Laxmi nagar or GTB Nagar they are paying like 8-9 thousand per month , I can't say much about hostel
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
