Bachelor in Management Studies is professional course as compared to BBA or B.com. As i had to pursue MBA for post Grad thats why i chose this course for better knowledge and overall development. Faculty is good and supportive with teaching if you are serious about it, teachers will definitely help you out. Exams are Semester wise with medium level difficulty.
Placement and Internship cell in our college handles internship opportunity for students, itis not so much active but sometimes provide very good internship opportunities. I have opted for a Internship in a Marketing agency where i was a business development intern and i managed client relations.
There are very less job opportunities offered in our college either they have low package or they are not good companies. Highest package is around 8lpa and lowest around 3-4lpa with very less chance of selection. After completion of course i would search companies on my own with my specific skill set.
Yearly fees(BMS)- 32500(approx) components includes- tution fees, development charges and other compulsory charges. There is no Seperate charges according to the category every category have to pay same yearly fees ,which i think is not justificable that lower category have to pay same fees as general category. Yes ,there are some scholarships provided not directly but approved by college which approximately provides around Rs. 40000 Yearly for Students with financial aid.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
