- My college has a very big campus. It consist of four colleges, dental College medical College College nursing College. Our college campus consist of hostels separately for boys and girls and for PG students
- Our college campus also has a restaurant, canteen, gym, turf.
Dislikes
- Patient flow is slightly low than other dental College
- Staff is sometimes strict if not obeyed to them point point
Remarks :
To get admission in Vspm dental College Nagpur, you have to give NEET UG exam and score good marks to get a seat in this college in the CAP Round. To get admission in this college, you have to score minimum 400+ marks in your NEET UG exam. BDS in Nagpur, other than GDC (government dental College)Nagpur is best start in our college. And after MBBS, the most respected field in the Medical is BDS because it’s full form is bachelor in dental surgery. It is technically a surgeon.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BDS is an undergraduate course and in India, it takes four years plus one year compulsory internship in the college. You have to give exam in every year to get promoted to the next year. The exam is conducted by university (MUHS – Maharashtra, University of health sciences), twice a year in summer and in winter for summer and winter batch, respectively. Other than the university final exam, the college to internal exams and one preliminary exam name. College faculty are MDS doctors who have a very good outdoor clinic experience. They are friendly with students and also strict on these two things are completely dependent on the student how he or she represent him or herself in front of the faculty. Faculties uses different teaching techniques to teach us and also share their clinical experience to make a visualise how the dental procedure is done. It is a very difficult course because it consists of practical and theoretical examination both. But practising every day studying every day
Internships Opportunities :
If you are plain BDS, it is difficult for you to get internship in a company, but if you are MDS, it is a chance for you to get a big job in a company with good typing, but usually all the BDS/MDS doctors open their own clinic or practice in hospital
Placement Experience :
We get one year internship in which we get a nominal payment. After the completion of the internship, our college does not guarantee of giving a placement. You are on your own for your future practice or future career. If you want to opt for MDS, you can give neat PG exam or if you want to practice somewhere else, you can practice under BDS doctor or open your own clinic and practice your own.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My college per year fees is 3,37,777 for general category. At the time of admission. You have to pay the tuition fee fees which is 3,37,777 with this fees, you have to pay:- Development Fees-35158 College Caution money-25000 (Refundable) Admission Fees:-1500 Student Wellfare Fund-500 University development fund – 100 Medical exam – 100 Self finance unit and disaster management fund – ?40 each For the rest of the three years, you have to pay 3,37,777 as your tuition fees to the college. For SC category, you don’t have to pay tuition fees. You just have to face rest of the fees and after after that, the rest of the three years, you don’t have to pay a single penny. For OBC category, your tuition fees for the next three years will be Half.
Campus Life :
Vspm dental College and research Centre have a very big campus. Our campus consist of three colleges, one dental college, second medical College and third physiotherapy College and one more nursing College campus also consist of a well-known Nagpur restaurant name yello just beside yellow. You have a fully equipped gym. We have a canteen which is open for 24 hours for students. We have 24 hours surveillance for security of the students giving inside the campus. Now a newly open turf is also constructed in the campus. Our college fest is organised once a year is for 10 days in which 10 different activities and curriculums are organised in which student participates and enjoy it consist of dancing, singing, fashion show drama and many more in the last we have DJ night and on the next day station. In this 10 days, sports is also organised and all the famous Indian games for games, both indoor and outdoor are organised.
Hostel Facilities :
College hostel are like other best hostels of India. It is separate for boys and girls for UG students and coed for PG students. College hostel consist of mess which provides 3 times meal a day in the morning we get breakfast, seven days seven different breakfast in the lunch. We get proper Indian lunch and same with dinner in a week. We get one time Chicken and on Wednesday, we get egg.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
