- I like the college location, especially when you are studying in KMC, most known college of North campus of DU. It's a wonderful experience.
- I like the infrastructure of my college. Even my college building is one of the historical building.
Dislikes
- It's not like I have dislike but yet, the sanitation has to be more focussed.
- The security measures has to be focused by the administration.
Remarks :
Yes, I had given the CUET UG 2022 and then I got this college. I was excited to get a college under North campus of DU. I was extremely happy after getting the admission. I have prepared for cuet examination with the help of class 12th CBSE books.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have opted the course because of my keen interest in the domain of political science. Our faculties are much qualified and all of them had completed their phds and one of our faculty have completed her post doctorate also. Term exams are held after every 5-6 months and they are quite easy exams.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have opted for a internship. My internship is under college and its come under IQAC. I am currently heading the team of Department of Political Science of my college under IQAC internship. We are working together to make our Dept rank no. 1 in NIRF.
Placement Experience :
I am pursuing 4 year ug program and after completing my course, I will give the NET exam and I have plan to be a professor. I have keen interest in research and teaching. My personal expertise is Indian Political Thought and Indian Politics.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fee ranges around 13K to 15K per year with around 1500 for examination charges per semester. It will cost you total of 45K to 50K approximately. Else no further charges are there. Marginal hike of 200-300 are there for unreserved students annual fee.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is always fascinating one. I am a part of society of my own department name La Politique and I am currently an event management and logistics head of it. Although our college have a huge collection of books in the library.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for a hostel and the mess of hostel is very hygienic and the affordable one. Apart from it I have also rented a room in first year and its price was around 5K per month. However our stay at college or around college are not such a large figure.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
