Remarks :
The college had an impressive placement record with 100% placements in past few years and an avg. CTC of 6LPA for CSE The college has good opportunities for research, tech enthusiasts as well. College also provides multiple opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities. Overcrowded classrooms and labs The curriculum is rigid and slow to adapt to industry changes/ The admission process is usually through KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Examination). The college also takes in admission based upon JEE Scores and 12th Scored. Seperate admission criterion for International students
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason to choose this course was that I personally wanted to join Computer Science and Engineering, the college provided this course. Over time, came to realise that the curriculum here is a bit outdated and slowly adapts to the upcoming industry changes. The faculty are both good and bad, and the teaching method varies from teacher to teacher. Some have a very interactive and engaging form of teaching, while few are the types who'll come in the classroom and just give a lecture and move on. The examination format is similar to other universities, Mid-sem, end-sem, internal marks through various activities like class test, project, activity etc. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate and mostly the questions are repeated from PYQs
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted any internship but other batchmates have, and again the roles were varied and the stipend ranged from 10,000 per month to as high as 50,000 per month. The profiles offered were SDE intern, Graduate Engineer Trainee, ML Intern etc. Companies like GE Healthcare, MathCo, Nvidia etc. were the ones who came offering internships
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty criteria for placement is no backlogs, and various companies with various CGPA criteria Few visited recruiters this year would be, Capgemini, Nvidia, Dell, HSBC, TCS, Infosys, etc. The avg. package offered was around 5 LPA and highest package was 53 LPA offered by Yugabyte. The profiles vary from SDE to Sales and Marketing profiles The placement % is 100 till 2023 batch and around 95% for 2024 batch
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees: 1.75 lakhs per semester (14 lahs for 4 years) Provisional admission fees: 75,000 rupees Hostel fees: a. Hostel registration: 15,000 (One time, covers the expense of matress, table, chair, bes, pillow, deb roll etc.) b. Mess fees: 22,500 c. 3 Bed non-AC: 28,000 per semester d. 3 bed AC: 40,000 per semester e. 2 bed non-AC: 40,000 per semester f. 2 bed AC: 60,000 per semester g. Campus Life :
KIIT Fest is the major fest conducted every year in the month of February, wherein the fest goes on for 3 days. The college has department library for various departments and a central library for all the students. All sorts of books and journals are available in the libraries. The classrooms are equiped with smart TVs and projectors, and the rooms are air conditioned The campus has immense opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities. There are various clubs under KSAC (KIIT Student Activity Centre) under various domains like Dance, Singing, Theatre, Quiz, Cooking, Fashion, Drama, Sports etc.
Hostel Facilities :
The menu is very diverse keeping the health in mind, the taste, I would rate 6/10 and at times 8/10/ The registraion process for hostel is simple and affordability is what you generally expect from a pvt. college's hostel

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Placement Experience :
Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
