I chose this college cause it was suggested by some colleagues of my parents. You don't need to give any competitive exams you can get admission on the basis of 12th. Semester wise payable. Don't have to worry about paying just pay before clearance before getting hall ticket for university exams.
Faculty can be good. Physics faculty is good can be better. Comp.sci faculty is ok sometimes all they do is read the book in hindi and Marathi and think they have explained the topic. Maths Faculty is the one I did not like at all sometimes she herself got confused what she was teaching.
No I did not applied for any internship. I'm not sure if any internship is available. Can do internship privately outside the college but not sure if they are any internships available in the city that can be done with this degree.
Not sure about employability. Can get normal paying jobs like 10k/month in factories and companies, Our city is surrounded by them. Can go for teaching industry with additional teaching Degree. Mostly students end up in a call centre.
Early addmission students have to pay 3-5k late admission students 14000, they called it non granted and granted. We can apply for scholarship (Maha Dbt) easy process if you're filling scholarship the process is easy and costs just 100 rupees.
The campus is good not that great. Not at all clean. Boys washroom was open with no rooftop can't tell if they ever clean. The classrooms and varanda walls were all red by spitting tobacco and stuff l. Seating was not comfortable enough. Library was good. Con make good friends but have to chose wisely so many squids (chapris) in the college.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
