- I like canteen of college and also many events happened there and faculty members are friendly and overall campus Life is good.
Dislikes
- Classrooms benches are bit small and uncomfortable.
Remarks :
Basically I want to get admission in panjab university but I didn't get there . So I fill for dhe form in which one merit basis I get admission there. So it is good to get admission here because it's is a semi government college. it is completely on merit basis.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I had to do MBA further. Faculty members are well qualified according to their required degree, And teaching method of teachers is also good . Exams are held on semester basis and difficulty level of exam is moderate and checking of exams is bit strict.
Internships Opportunities :
Basically I am currently doing my MBA from this .I am a second year student and I don't know much about internships but yes currently final year students got an opportunity to give their interviews in infosys company.
Placement Experience :
Elegibility criteria for placement is aggregate percentage of 70%. Infosys is the company which provide jobs. And highest package is 3-4 lakh per annum. Student gets placement based on there ability,skill and knowledge.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure of college on yearly base is 35000. Yes, student can get scholarship in second year by scoring higher marks in 1st year. College fees remain same but hostel fees get increasing yearly. I don't know much about any other course fees.
Campus Life :
Biggest event of college is Meraki which is like going to be held in February this year. Books are available in stores easily and also in Library. Overall classrooms are good but benches are bit small and uncomfortable. Many clubs and groups are run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I have opted for hostel. Overall infrastructure of hostel is good but rooms are small only 2,3 seater room are available that is non AC and only 4 seater rooms are available for AC one . And food of mess is good. You can fill form of hostel after getting admission there. Fees of one year of hostel is 130000 for non- Ac and 150000 for AC rooms.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
