Remarks :
I chose this college because I had interest in Cybersecurity and at my time only few colleges were providing that particular course. There are several good and bad aspects of the college. Like academics from our college is very good. Crowd is good. And many other things. Bad aspects includes the fact that there is no campus life in here as you think there will be when you go to college. Like fests are not that good, and all. Otherwise it's good. For admission, I have appeared for COMEDK exam. From my time to now the cutoffhas been changed, you can get admission with 30k rank in the college now, in almost any branch. The syllabus for COMEDK is just like other competetive exams, Negative marking is not there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum for cybersecurity is not that good, there are very basic and repetetive things even after coming to 5th semester. For first 2 semesters, the course and subjects are same for every branch. There are some really good subjects that may help you in diving deep into your interest on computer science. Faculties are good here, there notes are very good and most of them are very supportive. All the faculty members are atleast Mtech graduate and some of them are PHD, you can look for them in RNSIT official website. The teaching method is on ppts and blackboard. There is an internal exam every month, 3 times a semester, and then you give end sem. The difficulty level is moderate.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am in 3rd year at the time of writing this review, and I am paying 260000 as my annual fees because I have came through COMEDK and for our batch the college is affiliated to VTU, but for the new joinees the fee structure will be different as from recent batch the college has become autonomous so the fees are higher, it can be around 3 lakhs, so please join only if you are financially stable to opt for the colleges in Bangalore. If you are planning to do this by taking loan, I would recommend to not do it, it won't give you that much ROI. There is two other categories of students , KCET which is for Karnataka residents and their fees is around 1.2 lakhs and Management Quota(do not opt for it). There are scholarships provided for KCET students only.
Campus Life :
There are two fests conducted in a year. The time for the fests depends on the organizers. The most precious thing in the college is library, it is very well structured and the ambience is very nice. All the books that you need can be found there. All the classrooms are equiped with sufficient number of benches, fans and windows. There is a blackboard and a white-screen for presentations. And in each academic blocks, for every floor there is a seminar hall. The campus also has a basketball court, a badminton court and two playgrounds. There is an auditorium for special events. There are various sports, cultural and technical clubs in college that participate in many activities outside the college, it provides a good exposure.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
