- The infrastructure in average but faculty is good and helpful highly experienced and knowledgeable.
- The canteen in clean and has ac , provides food in subsidized rate.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college is average, don't have ac in classroom.
- Some washroom don't have water supplies.
Remarks :
College is average, but teachers are good very helpful. I gave exam of cuet in the year 2023 and secured 500 marks and according to my marks I got B.A ( problem) combination of (mathematics+ history).
Course Curriculum Overview :
My aim is to be a ips officer so I wanted to have a multidisciplinary course that's why I choose B.A (program). I choose this college because the faculty members are highly knowledgeable and experienced. The term exam of first semester was in January and then exam of 3 rd semester was in December, the difficulty level was average.
Internships Opportunities :
The intership I did was under MSME which provided a salary of 5000 per month for two months, you can do intership according to your course or of your skills procured, Delhi University also provides some internship opportunities for students.
Placement Experience :
College provides no placement to B.A ( program) students, but students of Bcom and Bcom ( hons ) get placement of 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Most of the students of B.A (program) are aspirants of civil services or ssc .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am a student of general category in Satyawati college (DU) persuing B.A (program) so the fee structure for us includes Tution fee-500, University student welfare fund-200, College student welfare fund-150, University Development fund-1000, University facilities and services charges-2700*, Economically weaker section support University fund-150, Examination fee-1820, so the total fee of my course is 8,320 . Every student either of there category has to pay the same fees . The total amount of scholarship or financial aid available for students are merit bases starting from 1000 to 2000 rs.
Campus Life :
Diwali fest and yearly fests happens in college the fests are amazing in college. We have will maintained liberary and a study room called Dr. B.R Ambedkar study room. Liberary has every book novel or course , it also gives verbal notes to visually challenged students. College has grounds for basketball, football, cricket,kho kho , badminton and kabadi . College has two wings of ncc army and navy . college even has its own team of multiple sports, there are many societies in college called B.A (problem) society, optima , Wdc (Women Development Cell). There is a website called Satyawati infocell this website helps students and provide them with study materials.
Hostel Facilities :
College don't have hostel facility, but most of the students take PG in nearby places like GTB Nagar (Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa nagar) and Vishwavidyalaya. The PG rent for girls starts from 11000 rs to 15000 rs .

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
