The college is in my home state so it saves a lot of money in case of hostel as it is not much difficult for me to commute everyday from my home to college. The admissions are done on the basis of JEE MAINS examination results.
I choose this course as i have a keen interest in computers. Faculty is sufficiently qualified. Either they have completed their PHd or currently pursuing that. There are mid terms in mid of the semesters and semester exams at end of every semester.
The college does not provide any internship opportunities. All the internships thar are offered to students are off campus and stipends varies depending upon the nature of company, role offered, type of work, etc.
Eligibility criteria is same as the criteria that is common everywhere that there should not be any active back of student. Highest package was offered by Google and that was ?60 lakh which was off campus. College do provide placements. There are no internships opportunities provided by college on campus.
The yearly fees for the course that I’ve enrolled in is ?1,49,200. It includes everything such as tuition fees, registration fees, etc. For first year it was ?1,69,200(including admission charges). There is no fees rebate for any type of reservation castes. If someone is taking admission through management quota then prices are much much higher and it depends on your relation with an influential person.
Campus is very small. It’s about 5-6 acre. Infrastructure is not good though. Different types of sports are promoted including cricket, basketball, etc. There are technical as well as non technical societies also.
There is only girls hostel in the campus. There is no boys hostel. Boys can opt for PGs or Flats outside the campus. College canteen offers food meals and mess facilities. The taste is not bad but not that good.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
