- i like the campus life more in the college
- i like the fact that we atleast have eating places (they are costly thou not worth it)
Dislikes
- there is no proper water management during summers
- the faculty doesn't care about the students and so does the university.
Remarks :
we were selected on the basis of our results for 12th . i chose this college because i was told that it was a great college and my parents also wanted me to get in . it's not that complicated but you need to have good marks for passing the criteria
Course Curriculum Overview :
some of the faculties are really good , have good nature but again from that good faculty, there are still a lot of teachers who don't know how to teach . you cannot understand even if you try. and then the majority if faculty is just there , they are so bad they couldn't care less about thr Student and have no sense od talking or teaching.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
it was 25-28k for first year but then it was increased around 28-30k. we have to pay registration fee for around 200 and examination fee around 3500. we have to pay attendence fee around 500-10000. we have to pay practical fees and fees valuation for around 3000.
Campus Life :
we have a lot of places to crash on our campus, it is i think only best feature of the college. you can hang out , there are a lot of option for places, you also have a lot of options for eating places too , like we have 3 canteens and a nescafe centre.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
