- Faculty - the faculty of the BCA department has highly qualified and some of them are PhD holders and they are very supportive and motivating
- Campus- campus to doranda college is not so big but there are different difference blocks for different different department like for arts there is arts building for science there will be science building for vocational courses there is a vocational block etc
Dislikes
- Campus the campus was not for the reason too much rush.
- Autonomy the college was not running autonomous and exam where conducted by University.
Remarks :
The fact that made me to choose this college it was near to my hometown, And The fee structure is affordable for any middle class family. I got addmission directly in the college on the basis of merit list.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The future of computer science and it sector is on boom, So I choosen for this course, The faculty members who were taught us was very highly qualified. Some of was also PhD holders, The internal examination was conducted on timely manner, But end semester exam were conducted by the University.
Internships Opportunities :
As the internship for was added in curriculum and was compulsory so I completed my internship to the help of college from Sai coding that is a part of bridgetez institute in the Ranchi. The college has supported too much to complete the project and complete The internship.
Placement Experience :
In the curriculum there are two months of internship is added and it is compulsory to complete two month internship, For the internship college has collaborated with 30 to 40 companies like CCL, TCS, orbit etc And also 8 to 10 companies come for the placement. Where you can get your placements according to your skill.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure 10000/y 2 sem /y Course Duration 3 years Total fees 30000 There is reservation also available for st/sc cast. And you will also get different scholarships opportunity , Most famous oppertunity is E-kalyan portal of jharkhand government.
Campus Life :
Every year fest is organised and many other small events like Holi fest, diwali festival also were organised , And there is Many clubs and group are also available that you can join and get opportunity to represent your college at state or national level
Hostel Facilities :
No I have not opted for the Hostel. Because I was living too near from the Doranda College , so it was not required, Also there is no hostel provided by the college, You can take room or pg near by college or any where in the Ranchi The cost of the room/pg will be 2000-5000 per month.

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
