Likes
- The college has a large green campus and noise free habitat. Instead of being a quite place there are all transport options so you don't need to be worried about.
- The college is one of the oldest college present in india (est. 1949) and sure it has some old buildings but now there are new hostels build recently and also a luxurious new lecture hall construction is in progress.
Dislikes
- Having trees everywhere is not good actually some places need to be cleaned like there are some bushy areas .
Remarks :
This college is one of the top and most affordable college in jharkhand . Also our college is one of the oldest college in India being established in 1949 . You can easily get admission via JEE mains in 1st year and if you do well like 90-95%ile is good and you can easily get a decent branch here . GD are not required during admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college follows latest trends in this AI era . Added required subjects and all faculty teachers are highly qualified professionals. There will be total 8 end sem examination per semester of 6 months and two mid sem exams in between the semester and both mid sems are compulsory
Internships Opportunities :
At the end of every year of your degree the college gives you internship opportunities and many of our seniors already have cracked internships at various MNC's so the placement and internship cilmate is good . Not only placement but our college also have a society which supports the students who wants to go through entrepreneurship stuffs and many students grabbed the opportunity and some of them are running their own company.
Placement Experience :
Placements of both cre and technical branches are impressive. The highest package till now is 65 LPA . There is career development centre which will play a vital role in your placement. Overall you will be satisfied with the placements if you do well in your skills as well as your academics .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The academics fees per year for a general or OBC category student is almost 20,000 INR per year and for SC &ST students have a fee waiver and its almost 16,000 INR per year . There are also various scholarships like e-kalyan and ongc etc which are government funded and there are various private funded scholarship programs like reliance ,seimens etc so you can have a financial aid in your academics .
Campus Life :
There are various clubs and national societies so you can be socially active and one thing that will be the merit of joining a club is that they will give you GD practice sessions and will help you in overall development like communication skills ,public speaking etc and you can also interact with the seniors there.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are quite good and you will be alloted rooms with your branchmates. The mess food is good and have variety of food in the menu . The menu is made regarding both vegetarians and non vegetarians so you can have the type of food you want.

Placement Experience :
Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.
Average University in Jamshedpur in low fee
Placement Experience :
You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
