- The college life is quite nice here. College infrastructure is good and appreciating. Faculties are nice and interactive. Overall collrge life is good here depends upon your behaviour and way of living.
Dislikes
- Although the college life is good but there still exits some factors which i dont like such as processing of some college documents is somwtimes very slow. Classes often get cancelled after we reach college. And many more thungs also exists.
Remarks :
As this college is affiliated with Delhi University so this was the major factor , other than this faculty , teaching environment, non teaching staff etc all are good. On college level there was nothing of this sort like test group discussions etc. But for adimission there was only one entrance exam which is common for majority of the universities that is CUET UG.
Course Curriculum Overview :
For bcom hons the course curriculum is pretty good as it covers all the important areas, Teaching environment allows us to learn everything in very interactive and enjoying way. For all this to be a success and run smoothly I like to thank my colleges faculty members.
Placement Experience :
Placement and intership opportunity is really good for example one of my senior is placed in flipkart just after completing the graduation. My intership is also provided which help us to learn different things hands on and also earn with it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly tution fee of the college is 15000 and it increases year to year. There are various scholarship programs in the college for various students in every field. Tution fee differentitates from course to course.
Campus Life :
Caspus life is very good at this college. There exists a friendly environment everywhere. We make new friends in every events of the college. There always happens events and seminars for the welfare of the students anf for enjoyment purpise also. Overall the social life at college is very good and infrastructure of the collge is also quite nice.
Hostel Facilities :
The college does not provides the facility of hostel. I live in a pg in the same locality of the college at a distance of 5-7 minutes. The pg is quite nice and it provides many facilities of fridge, washing machines and separate cupboards. Food is not so good but quite adjustable.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
