I chose the college due to its campus which was really beautiful with fountains and trees all around. Building infrastructure also seemed good. Also they mentioned previous year placements which were great. To get into college there no cutoff or any interviews you just have to pay the fees and you will get admitted, although since it's first come first serve basis it depends on the time you take admission whether or not you will get your desired department.
Course curriculum is not well prepared or integrated. It does not match at all with industry needs. It's highly theory based and there are unnecessary subjects repeated over the years which might not help in you applying for any company or it's requirements.
There was internship opportunity available in the college, which was to work on the College website i.e. ERP . Also it was for limited students who passed the interview. I believe they had tasks to manage the website.
During my final year we got 3-4 companies for campus placements ,some of them weren't even in campus but we had to go to the company. There was no specific Eligibility criteria for campus placement unless the company mentions it. Some them were like no active backlog, 10th,12th marks greater than 60%.
During admission you have to pay 1000 first to get your seat. 1st year fees: 1,65,000rs which includes tuition fees, library fees, deposit of 5000rs and other extra fees like lab, sports etc. + 2 sem exams 2500 each 2nd to 4th year fees: 150000rs tuition fees + 2500 semester exam fees for each sem
Campus life is the best in college If you can make friends then you will certainly have the best time in the campus. It's infrastructure, lawns ,canteens are great places to hangout with friends. There are multiple extracurricular events held by different clubs over the years which might be technical or non technical. Sports culture is great too. Mgm olympics is held for sports enthusiasts every year in December. Social gatherings were held every alternate year when I was enrolled.
I didn't apply for Hostel since I was a local. But some of my. Friends were enrolled in Hostels and according to them they find the Hostel food and living quality alright , not bad as to complain but they all moved out after a year because it was a bit costly compared to outside rooms or hostels.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
