Disappointing Experience

- I only liked the playground as it was decent but big
- Physics lab is very good, and it has big area for two and four wheeler parking
Dislikes
- Everything is worse. Education. computer labs with old software.
- lack of professors. they do not have any technical knowledge
Remarks :
I got this college of the basis of my ComedK rank. I have written Comedk exam. Comedk is easy easy compared to other exams after 12th for Engg. Just focus on basic simple concepts.And also there is no negative marking, which makes it more easy
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose CSE as its the only safe option in this college. It is worse in technical field. you would not get any exposure to technical field. I have written it only one time, there is no need to prepare for it , you can give this exam along side your JEE or other entrance exam. It is very easy
Internships Opportunities :
I did my internship from a company which I got from Linkedin. No companies come for internship placement. companies start to come from the end of 6th sem. No exposure to the industry. It has only 1-2 companies which used to come every year just to show that some companies used to come every year, but they don't even hire properly
Placement Experience :
Its worse as during my graduation year 2024. it was recession. So only around 10% of them were placed. And colleges only bring non technical companies for CSE. only 3-4 technicals companies came and the took only 4-5 students
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you are come from comedK then you have to pay total of 180000 early and some exam registration fee will be taken during Sem end around 1500 and iand if are resident of Karnataka then you can give CET exam and fee will be around 100000.
Campus Life :
Very bad social life. As i was north indian and hardly there were only 6-7 north indians in 150 batch of students. All of them were south indians and they don't even give college students vibes. Felt like I was in some tier 3 city.
Hostel Facilities :
No i was Day scholar. But the hostel rooms are very small, but one thing is good that it has balcony. Hostel food is terrible. Hostel is just 50m from college so it is easy to go to the classes. Better to not opt for hostel. You can take apartment near to college , its same as PG price

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
